March for Life (Pawai untuk Kehidupan) adalah suatu aksi tahunan untuk memprotes aborsi, berlangsung di Washington, D.C. pada waktu sekitar atau bertepatan dengan peringatan atas putusan dari Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat yang melegalkan aborsi dalam kasus Roe v. Wade. Pawai atau mars ini, dengan pernyataan misi "untuk memberikan semua warga Amerika suatu tempat untuk bersaksi mengenai indahnya kehidupan dan martabat setiap pribadi manusia", mendukung digagalkannya putusan Roe v. Wade.^[1][2] Aksi ini diorganisir oleh March for Life Education and Defense Fund.

Pawai ke-44 diadakan pada tanggal 27 Januari 2017, bukan tanggal 22 Januari sebagaimana biasanya, satu minggu setelah pelantikan Presiden Donald Trump.^[3]
